Active Streets Mission-to-Mission
The San Gabriel Valley's open streets event returns with a new name and a new route.
"626 Golden Streets" is now "Active Streets"; 2024's inaugural event is Mission-to-Mission, which opens a 5-mile route through the communities of South Pasadena, Alhambra, and San Gabriel.
Gabe the Sasquatch and special guests kick-off the day at 8:20am with an Opening Ceremony at South Pasadena City Hall.
Attendees can start and stop at any point along the route, at any time from 9am to 3pm. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the day by foot, bike, skate, scooter, or any other type of human-powered vehicle!
The Activity Hubs for this event are: South Pasadena (Mission Street between Meridian and Fremont), Alhambra (Main Street between 3rd and Garfield), and San Gabriel (Mission Drive between Broadway and Mission Road).
